Villa Anaya Manis is made for socialising—get double the facilities in two buildings. The crisp black-and-white aesthetic oozes with urban refinement, complemented by full-length glass doors facing the garden and pool terrace. A pair of air-conditioned living and dining areas are each equipped with a Smart TV, Sonos sound system and state-of-the-art kitchens. The dining rooms are furnished with tables for twelve and six respectively in the two separate buildings, while warm, diffused lighting creates a comfortable ambience.

Style and Substance
Guests can look forward to the luxury of having two private swimming pools, measuring 8.5m and 9m in length. The pool area features a stone deck, furnished with sunloungers, with walkways in the middle so you can access both sides with ease. There is also a dining table for eight on the shaded terrace where you can enjoy al fresco meals. Cushioned sofas offer another comfortable spot for spending time in the open air. The main building also features a well-equipped gym and a glass-walled wine cellar.

The glamorous black-and-white palette extends to the air-conditioned bedrooms, with an occasional pop of colour to enliven the spaces. The ensuite bedrooms are each furnished with king-size beds, high quality linens and first-class amenities including blackout curtains, wardrobes, safety deposit boxes, and electricity sockets close to the beds. Extra Bedding and Child Policy
Three extra bed is available at USD 45 nett per person per night.
Complimentary one baby cot and baby high chair available. Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
Babysitting service and Pool fences are available on request at extra cost.
Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only 4 additional beds are available.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.
Nyepi Religious Day
Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 29 March 2025 and 19 March 2026.
